Check-in is from 8:30-9:00am on Saturday, Feb. 15th at the Colorado Springs Marriott.

Check-in is by parish. Attendees are to find their Youth Minister/Parish Leader to check in.

Our program starts at 9am.

Pick-up is on Sunday at 11:30.

Breakfast is not included on Saturday morning. PLEASE BE SURE TO EAT BEFORE CHECKING IN. Meals included are Saturday lunch and dinner and breakfast on Sunday.
All costs associated with the weekend are included, except for snacks and drinks from the vending machines.

Youth and Adults will be grouped in rooms with 4 people in them, unless triple or double is selected and paid for. If the room is not filled, participants will be charged the appropriate rate. ONLY ADULTS CAN SELECT SINGLE ROOMS.

Changes in rooming assignments can be done until February 7th with the approval of the parish leader and Diocesan staff. Changes will not be made at the hotel. When selecting roommates, please be sure that those people are also coming to the rally. Make sure that you all have the same roommates on your request list. If you only choose one or two roommates, we will try to fill in the other spaces with people who do not request roommates. NO CHANGES TO THE ROOMING LISTS WILL BE MADE AT THE HOTEL, unless it is necessary for the hotel or for the coordinators of the rally.

A rooming list will be provided to all of the Youth Ministers/Parish Leaders on the Tuesday before the start of the rally. Please check with them if you have questions regarding the rooming list.

We are in need of adult chaperones. Please contact your parish youth minister as soon as possible so that all of the necessary Safe Environment paperwork and training for our adults can be completed.

The Rally fee is required for Adults and Youth registering.

Late Registration is available until January 31, 2020 cost plus $ 25 per person, t-shirt not guaranteed. Payment is due to the parish.

Substitutions will be allowed until February 7, 2020. Substitution fee is $20

No refunds after January 31, 2020

Registration will NOT be available on site.
