This registration is for those that would like to be a vendor at the Idaho Catholic Men's Conference on January 27, 2018.

Vendor Registration deadline: JANUARY 15, 2018

Cost for Vendors:
$75 includes one 6' vendor table with linens and one(1) registration for the mens conference including one (1) meal band for breakfast and lunch. Most of the vendor tables will be located in the main Jordan ballroom where the talks will be taking place however, a few vendors may be placed in the hallway outside depending on space. The location of vendor tables (inside or outside of the Jordan Balroom) will be determined by vendor registration date (first come/first serve).

In order to honor the men at the conference, women that are manning a vendor table will not be allowed in the Jordan Ballroom during Mass, keynote sessions, and prayer times. They will only be allowed in the Jordan Ballroom during break times.

Vendor Set-Up Times will be on Friday, January 26th from 4pm-7pm. Vendors will be able to arrive at 7am on Saturday, January 27th. Vendors must pack up and remove all of their items after the confenece ends from 6-8pm on January 27th.

On-line Registration DOES NOT guarantee a vendor spot. Vendors must register and pay online in order to reserve a pre-approved vendor spot. However, the Idaho Catholic Men's Conference must approve each vendor before guaranteeing a spot. Once approved, vendors will be notified. If a vendor is not approved, they will also be notified and receive a full refund.

We have limited space for vendors and thus Catholic Vendors and those serving a ministry in the Church will be given precedence.

For those selling any type of merchandise, special forms must be filled out and approved by Boise State University. An Idaho sales tax form must also be filled out and turned in. Vendors that do not fill out the appropriate forms by their deadline will be unable to sell items at the Idaho Catholic Men's Conference.
